\n\u2022 Sentencia mediante procedimiento abreviado<\/p>\n

La Unidad Especializada de Delitos Contra la Mujer de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional Sur Poniente obtuvo condena de prisi\u00f3n contra un hombre encontrado penalmente responsable de cometer el delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada en perjuicio de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n

La agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) especializada logr\u00f3 acreditar la participaci\u00f3n de Julio \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cEl Oj\u00f3n\u201d, de 42 a\u00f1os de edad, en la comisi\u00f3n de este hecho delictivo.<\/p>\n

Con lo que por la v\u00eda del procedimiento abreviado, la representante social obtuvo para el acusado una pena de 20 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel, m\u00e1s el pago por concepto de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
