Ayer comenz\u00f3 el juicio de extradici\u00f3n contra el hijo de El Chapo Guzm\u00e1n y asegur\u00f3 no ser la misma persona que el gobierno de EU reclama para ser juzgado en esa naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Un juez de Distrito otorg\u00f3 una suspensi\u00f3n definitiva a Ovidio Guzm\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, El Rat\u00f3n, contra la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n librada por un juez federal en nuestro pa\u00eds, medida cautelar que lo protege de delitos que no ameritan prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n
Hasta ahora la orden de captura no ha sido cumplimentado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR).
