45 A\u00d1OS DE PRISI\u00d3N A PRESUNTO FEMINICIDA DE LA COSTA CHICA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chilpancingo, Gro., 26 de agosto de 2020.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado logr\u00f3 la sentencia de 45 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en contra de Edilberto “N” como responsable de feminicidio en el poblado de Cochoapa, municipio de Ometepec.
El Ministerio P\u00fablico acredit\u00f3 que el imputado lleg\u00f3 a un convivo donde se encontraba la v\u00edctima, para despu\u00e9s llevarla a un callej\u00f3n y privarla de la vida con un arma de fuego, carpeta judicial JO-02\/2020.
Con fecha 26 de agosto de 2020, el juez dict\u00f3 fallo condenatorio en contra de Edilberto “N” como responsable de feminicidio, adem\u00e1s tendr\u00e1 que pagar una cantidad monetaria por concepto de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, quedando interno en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Ometepec.
La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado continuar\u00e1 investigando y dando seguimiento a los delitos del fueron com\u00fan y con especial atenci\u00f3n a los cometidos en temas de igualdad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
