{"id":4521,"date":"2020-09-11T20:37:45","date_gmt":"2020-09-11T20:37:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unoticias.com.mx\/?p=4521"},"modified":"2020-09-11T20:37:45","modified_gmt":"2020-09-11T20:37:45","slug":"fge-vincula-a-proceso-a-violador-de-una-menor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unoticias.com.mx\/index.php\/2020\/09\/11\/fge-vincula-a-proceso-a-violador-de-una-menor\/","title":{"rendered":"FGE VINCULA A PROCESO A VIOLADOR DE UNA MENOR."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>FGE VINCULA A PROCESO A VIOLADOR DE UNA MENOR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 11 de septiembre de 2020.- El Ministerio P\u00fablico obtuvo del Juez de Control del Distrito de Tabares, vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Edgar &#8220;N&#8221;, como probable responsable de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada.<br>El imputado es acusado en la carpeta judicial C-254\/2020, de cometer el delito cuando la madre de la menor v\u00edctima no se encontraba en casa.<br>Por tal motivo, en audiencia inicial la Fiscal\u00eda obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Edgar &#8220;N&#8221; por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, otorgando tres meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y queda en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Acapulco bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<br>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado continuar\u00e1 investigando los delitos del fueron com\u00fan, y con especial seguimiento los cometidos en contra de menores de edad en el estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FGE VINCULA A PROCESO A VIOLADOR DE UNA MENOR.
