Chilpancingo Gro; a 17 de septiembre de 2020.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado informa que el Ministerio P\u00fablico obtuvo del juez la sentencia de 16 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en contra de Hermenegildo “N”, como responsable de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada.
El imputado acept\u00f3 en esta audiencia su responsabilidad de cometer el delito en reiteradas ocasiones en agravio de la v\u00edctima, hechos en el poblado El Tejoruco, municipio de Quechultenango, en la carpeta judicial 127\/2019, quedando interno en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social hasta culminar la sentencia.
La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado continuar\u00e1 investigando los delitos del fuero com\u00fan y con especial seguimiento los cometidos en contra de menores de edad en el estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
