La diputada #LeticiaMosso, present\u00f3 iniciativas de reforma a la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Guerrero, a la Ley de la Comisi\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos y a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo, para que cuando alguna instancia respectiva no acepte o cumpla con alguna de las recomendaciones emitidas por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Derechos Humanos, la Comisi\u00f3n estatal d\u00e9 vista y solicite al Congreso local la comparecencia del o los titulares de las instancias involucradas, siempre y cuando se haya agotado el recurso de impugnaci\u00f3n ante la CNDH, o bien cuando haya transcurrido el plazo para hacerlo valer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
