Vicente Guerrero para dar el corte al list\u00f3n inaugural de la Pavimentaci\u00f3n con Concreto Hidr\u00e1ulico y Canalizaci\u00f3n de Aguas Pluviales de la Calle El Palmar de la colonia antes mencionada.
