{"id":5507,"date":"2020-10-22T18:02:41","date_gmt":"2020-10-22T18:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unoticias.com.mx\/?p=5507"},"modified":"2020-10-22T18:02:41","modified_gmt":"2020-10-22T18:02:41","slug":"a-proceso-penal-abusador-sexual-en-chilpancingo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unoticias.com.mx\/index.php\/2020\/10\/22\/a-proceso-penal-abusador-sexual-en-chilpancingo\/","title":{"rendered":"A proceso penal abusador sexual en Chilpancingo."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A proceso penal abusador sexual en Chilpancingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 22 de octubre de 2020.- El Ministerio P\u00fablico logr\u00f3 vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva en contra de Jes\u00fas &#8220;N&#8221;, acusado como probable responsable de abuso sexual, en la ciudad capital.<br>Al imputado se le acusa en la carpeta judicial C-189\/2020, de entrar al domicilio de la v\u00edctima menor de edad y hacerle tocamientos inapropiados.<br>Por esta raz\u00f3n y tomando en cuenta el Juez de Control los datos de prueba, Jes\u00fas &#8220;N&#8221; es vinculado a proceso por el delito en referencia; queda vigente la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y dos meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<br>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado continuar\u00e1 investigando los delitos del fuero com\u00fan y con especial seguimiento los cometidos en contra de menores de edad en el estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A proceso penal abusador sexual en Chilpancingo.
