{"id":6227,"date":"2020-11-19T19:46:25","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T19:46:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unoticias.com.mx\/?p=6227"},"modified":"2020-11-19T19:46:25","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T19:46:25","slug":"capturan-a-presunto-violador-de-acapulco-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unoticias.com.mx\/index.php\/2020\/11\/19\/capturan-a-presunto-violador-de-acapulco-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturan a presunto violador de Acapulco."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Capturan a presunto violador de Acapulco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 19 de noviembre de 2020.- El Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito al Distrito Judicial de Tabares, Acapulco, obtuvo en audiencia inicial vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Jos\u00e9 Eduardo &#8220;N&#8221;, como probable responsable de violacion agravada al interior de una tienda de conveniencia en carretera Cayaco-Puerto Marqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El imputado es se\u00f1alado del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada por hechos en la carpeta judicial C-384\/2020, al interior de una tienda Circle K.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial la Fiscal\u00eda formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n y el Juez de Control vincul\u00f3 a proceso por el delito en menci\u00f3n, quien quedar\u00e1 interno en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social, bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva con tres meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, la cual fenece el 18 de febrero de 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Capturan a presunto violador de Acapulco.
