La Polic\u00eda Investigadora Ministerial adscrita en Chilpancingo, cumpliment\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Crescencio “N” detenido como probable responsable del delito de Violaci\u00f3n Equiparada Agravada a menor de edad, en la ciudad capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La carpeta judicial C-26\/2021 refiere que el imputado lleg\u00f3 el 6 de enero de 2021 con juguetes al domicilio de la v\u00edctima, cometiendo el delito ese mismo d\u00eda en agravio de la menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por tal motivo, se cumpliment\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Crescencio “N” acusado como probable responsable del delito de Violaci\u00f3n, quedando el imputado a disposici\u00f3n del Juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento Penal del Distrito Judicial de los Bravo, quien determinar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
