El Ministerio P\u00fablico de regi\u00f3n Monta\u00f1a obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Francisco “N”, como probable responsable del delito de Violaci\u00f3n Equiparada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo a la carpeta judicial C-109\/2021 el acusado cometi\u00f3 el delito en agravio de la v\u00edctima en repetidas ocasiones siendo menor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia inicial, el Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo del Juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento Penal, con sede en Tlapa de Comonfort, la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, otorgando cuatro meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, la cual fenece el d\u00eda 6 de septiembre de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
